What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?


All your orders will be sent free of charge. All orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Shipments are made in Edirne and reach you within 3 to 8 working days depending on your address.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?



You can make your payments securely with a 3D security password that will be sent to your mobile phone by your bank. We use iyzico infrastructure approved by BRSA as virtual pos service.

Your information is not stored in our systems.

How long will delivery take?

Total Delivery Time Processing Time + Shipping Time

The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex,) standard and the shipping method you have chosen.

We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, containing details on how to track your order online.

We are not liable for any delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the delivery address or under any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

It takes about 3-8 working days for the package travel from our factories to your destination

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

You can make all payments online with your credit card online. As a virtual pos service in credit card payments, we use the BBDK approved iyzico infrastructure.

You can perform all of your transactions with your mobile phone's security code.

Your credit card cannot be used by any third party or organization without the security code to your mobile phone.

Your information is never stored in our systems and your payments are processed through a secure infrastructure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Order process.

If you have placed a successful order, your order will reach us.
After order payment is confirmed.
If the product you ordered is not a custom-made product and the product is in stock, it will be shipped on the same day during working hours.

Your order status will continue in the process.
During this time, a tracking number is sent to you for cargo tracking.
You can find this shipping tracking code in your mailbox.
Please check the Junk mail folder.

Once your order has been received, your order status will be changed to complete and you will receive an email to confirm that the order has been completed.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After your order, you will receive order and invoice information at the mail address you entered during the order phase.

The tax laws should Turkey sold as a legal obligation of each product, service or commodity is obligatory to give the bill final consumer.

Your product will be shipped with the invoice.
