Pre Sale Questions

There is usually a Standard Shipping Rate. But it varies depending on the country and address. When you enter your address information in the cart, the shipping fee will appear.

Our dresses include accessories such as necklaces, crowns and belts, along with the dress and tartan as seen in the photos.

Returns and exchanges are possible for products delivered in standard size. Refunds can be made excluding shipping costs. You are responsible for shipping costs when sending returns for all non-perfect products..

Total Delivery Time Processing Time + Shipping Time The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex,) standard and the shipping method you have chosen. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, containing details on how to track your order online. We are not liable for any delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the delivery address or under any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It takes about 2-8 working days for the package travel from our factories to your destination

Shop at Iyzico safe at sultandress.com. You can make all payments online with your credit card online. As a virtual pos service in credit card payments, we use the BBDK approved iyzico infrastructure. You can perform all of your transactions with your mobile phone's security code. Your credit card cannot be used by any third party or organization without the security code to your mobile phone. Your information is never stored in our systems and your payments are processed through a secure infrastructure.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Order process. If you have placed a successful order, your order will reach us. After order payment is confirmed. If the product you ordered is not a custom-made product and the product is in stock, it will be shipped on the same day during working hours. Your order status will continue in the process. During this time, a tracking number is sent to you for cargo tracking. You can find this shipping tracking code in your mailbox. Please check the Junk mail folder. Once your order has been received, your order status will be changed to complete and you will receive an email to confirm that the order has been completed.
